Charles Robert Redford made his way to Hollywood and began acting in the ‘50s. He soon chose to work behind the camera as a director, but he also continued to act. Redford and his first wife, Lola Van Wagenen, share four children. Sadly, they lost their son, Scott, as an infant from sudden death syndrome.
