Paul Michael Glaser is well-known for perfectly executing the role of Detective David Starsky in the ‘70s show Starsky & Hutch. Glaser ‘s journey to fame started on Broadway and he eventually transitioned to big and small screen roles.Off the screen Glaser, Glaser sadly lost Elizabeth Meyer, his first wife, and their daughter Ariel. Meyer had contracted HIV in 1981 when receiving a blood transfusion during childbirth and the illness eventually claimed her life in 1994. Meyer and Glaser’s son, born in 1984, also tested HIV positive. Glaser remarried but his union with Tracy Barone ended in 2007 after a decade of marriage.
