The cast members of The Beverly Hillbillies are sadly all gone except for Max Baer Jr. who played the role of Jethro Bodine on the show. Besides acting Baer wears several hats in the entertainment industry as a screenwriter, producer, and director.Baer stayed active in showbiz until the ‘90s when he seems to have retired unofficially. He still makes the occasional guest appearance like in 2004 when he featured on an episode of Biography, an A&E docu-series.
