Raquel Welch – Born In 1940
The ’60s and ’70s helped Raquel Welch achieve A-list status. Most memorably, she featured in “One Million Years B.C.” and iconically had a scene wearing a doe-skin swimsuit. The two-piece made it on Time’s Top Ten Bikinis list and earned her international bombshell status. Beyond acting, she co-authored “The Raquel Welch Total Beauty and Fitness Program.”Welch has openly talked about going under the knife, but these days she just maintains regular Botox appointments. She teamed up with MAC Cosmetics in 2007 for their Beauty Icon series. The limited-edition collection featured tiger-print and glossy black packaging as an ode to Welch’s earlier role.
