Barbara Feldon – Born In 1933

Primarily known for her TV work, Barbara Feldon rose to prominence by portraying the role of a secret agent in the sitcom “Get Smart.” She studied drama at the Carnegie Institute of Technology. Participating in “The 64,000 Question” in 1957 saw her walk away with the grand prize under the William Shakespeare category.Feldon also studied at the HB Studio and then ventured into modeling. Her break came when she appeared in the widely parodied “Top Brass” commercials promoting a men’s hair pomade by Revlon. Small parts in TV shows helped with her transitioning to acting, and the rest is history.
